LiftLab is more than just a gym—it’s a complete, results-driven training system built on the principles of strength and conditioning. Our sessions combine structured strength training, intelligent conditioning, and high-energy team workouts into a progressive 12-week program. Each block builds toward a testing phase, giving members the chance to track their progress and celebrate real, measurable results.

At LiftLab, we don’t do random workouts. Our training is structured, purposeful, and built around long-term progress. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just getting started, every session fits into a proven, science-backed system: the Four P’s.

Each 12-week block is built around four clear phases—Prepare, Progress, Perform, and Peak—designed to move you forward with intent. This is training with purpose. This is how athletes train. And at LiftLab, so do you.

  • Every block starts here. In the Prepare phase, we reset, assess, and lay the foundation. You’ll focus on movement quality, mobility, and reconditioning while establishing baseline metrics. It’s a chance to rebuild after high-intensity phases, address weaknesses, and set clear intentions for what’s ahead. Prepare is about readiness—mentally and physically.

  • With the groundwork in place, it’s time to move forward. Progress is where the bulk of your training lives. Here, we build strength, develop skills, and accumulate volume. You'll see consistent weekly progress across key lifts, conditioning benchmarks, and movement quality. This phase is all about momentum—putting in the work that builds real results.

  • Now we test the engine. Perform ramps up the intensity, sharpens your output, and challenges your limits. Conditioning gets faster. Lifting gets heavier. You’ll hit key benchmarks, re-test lifts, and begin to see your training translate into tangible gains. Perform is where training becomes performance—and where all that hard work starts to show.

  • The final phase is your moment to shine. Peak is designed to bring out your best. Volume tapers, intensity rises, and your body is primed for maximal effort—whether that's testing strength, competing in a challenge, or just hitting a personal best. It’s the reward for your consistency, and a celebration of what your body and mind can achieve.
